Is Workadabra available in my area?

Workadabra is currently available in major cities across Estonia. We are continuously expanding to new areas. Check our app or website to see if services are available in your location.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! Download our mobile app or visit our website, click "Sign Up", and follow the simple registration process. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook account.

What services are available on Workadabra?

Workadabra offers a wide range of services including home cleaning, repairs, beauty services, tutoring, pet care, and much more. New services are added regularly based on user demand.

How do I pay for services?

We offer multiple secure payment options including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our platform, and you only pay after the service is completed to your satisfaction.

  • How do I verify my account?

    To verify your account, you'll need to provide a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Our verification team will review your documents within 24-48 hours.

  • Can I change my email address?

    Yes, you can change your email address in your account settings. You'll need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

  • How do I delete my account?

    To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data.

  • How do I book a service?

    To book a service, browse available providers in your area, select the service you need, choose your preferred time slot, and complete the booking with payment.

  • Can I cancel a booking?

    Yes, you can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.

  • What if a service provider doesn't show up?

    If a service provider doesn't show up, contact our support team immediately. We'll help you reschedule or provide a full refund.

  • How do refunds work?

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    No hidden fees. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your booking. This includes our service fee and any applicable taxes.
